We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

--REPAIRS--
Within 3 months of purchase, Lauraine’s Leather will make repairs to a damaged product if the repair is a result of an error on our part. After 3 months, the customer is responsible for the cost of repairs and shipping. The customer is also responsible for the cost of the repair and shipping of any repair that is not caused by Lauraine’s Leather. Please be sure all conchos and hardware are adjusted properly before using item(s). Lauraine’s Leather will not be held responsible for lost conchos or hardware. Those items can be replaced for a small fee.

Items made with hair on hide can show natural balding when there is a constant rubbing or over packing. Hair on Hide items that show rub off from over packing or rubbing does not fall under repair or warranty, this is considered normal wear and tear.

--LEATHER AND COWHIDE CARE--
Lauraine’s Leather uses only the best, authentic and real materials to construct your bag. Leather is a natural product and can have, marks, scratches and brands. This makes it a unique product and can enhance your item.
Lauraine’s Leather is not responsible for item(s) wear that is a result of customer use. This includes, but is not limited to; constant rubbing, heavy packing, misuse or harsh environmental conditions. Proper care for leather items such as conditioning and proper cleaning will ensure the longevity of your item(s).
