Domestic - USA Rates are based off package weight and calculated in real time

International Rates are based off package weight and calculated in real time

1.Orders can take an estimated 2-5 business days to process for shipping. Shipping is done Monday - Friday

2. ALL packages that are shipped from Lauraine's Leather in Buhl, Idaho and will have a tracking number and you may have to sign for the package upon delivery. Tracking is provided on all orders. Lauraine's Leather is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number show that the order was delivered.   You will have to file a report with the shipping carrier for lost package and file a report with your local police department as theft of mail is a federal crime. This must be done no later then 60 days from the date of mailing. 

3.Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. Lauraine's Leather is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.

4. Lauraine's Leather is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier.

5. Holidays, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact shipping and delivery times.

6. Issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Lauraine's Leather reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
