Returns are simply unavoidable in business, we understand this and we try to handle all return issues on a case by case basis, so communicating with us before mailing something back works best.
If items purchased has a manufacturing defect or hardware defect, a refund may be issued per Lauraine’s Leather refund policy. Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item as long as it is not damaged or used and we will issue a refund or store credit once the item is shipped back to Lauraine’s Leather less any shipping costs associated with the item(s) purchase or return. You must contact us prior to sending in items for exchange and provide a tracking number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that includes the order number and date purchased. Customer is responsible for shipping return charges. Lauraine’s Leather will pay shipping charges if the return reason was caused by Lauraine’s Leather.

On the Subject line type in “RETURN (ORDER NUMBER) Please give as much detail as possible in the subject line, why you are wanting a return with pictures of item(s) and any problems you are having with item(s).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discontinued items, "as is" items, gift cards, giveaways or promotion items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All sales are final on sale items. No store credit will be issued.
